Job Description

Sales & Collection


  • Achieve Annual Sales, Collection, ROD Budget for PL
  • Order funnel adequacy to meet projected sales targets
  • Generate business from Municipalities , Government department,
    Railways, MES, Industries, Hotel, Hospital and other reputed institutions in assigned territory
  • Conducting Regular seminar display s in department, govt offices and institutions.

Channel


  • Maintain and create a Network of channel partners and facilitating / ensuring their performance in line with signed MOUs.
  • New channel appointments for deeper market penetration and wider market reach in each geography and segment .
  • Network with key end customers with a Top -Down approach (Municipal Corporations and Councils , Tier1 &2 Contractors ,PSUs , Industry , Builders and Specifiers/Influencers)
  • Resolve escalated Customer issues

Process


  • Planning for the monthly S&OP ensuring the supply chain is aligned with the committed requirements of the market
  • 100% Implementation of SFDC - lead , bid and order management , Sales Automation(Dealer portal, SFDC )
  • Empower team to take ownership of their funnel of Leads and Bids Direct Accounts and through Trade Partners
  • Assess potential opportunities & risk areas and plan to mitigate them
  • Maintain Lead - 7X & Bid - 4X of target ( SFDC Tool)

People


  • Unite the team and ensure the team works as a positive unit and share the best practices amongst them
  • Ensure & Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of given resources
  • Identify non performers and coach, develop or replace
  • Drive employee engagement & team motivation
  • Data Based review of sales team on performance parameters ( Channel Partners Vs.MOU , Lead /Bid Funnel in SFDC and order funnel )
  • Ensure Cross functional efficiency between Sales team, Service, & Product Managers, KAM, BD
